02. Body Scan Meditation

In today's episode, I tell the story of the Living on Lemonade podcast name before jumping into a chat about stress in our body. This is followed by leading listeners through a body scan meditation to increase mindful awareness of our bodies and where we hold stress so we can release it. You can do a body scan to discover where you hold stress or a quick one in moments of stress to come back into your body and the present moment.
