66. Waking Up to Symbolism in Daily Life

In this episode, I share a story and aha moment that I received over the past few weeks playing beach volleyball.

How playing reactively or like a well oiled machine is very much like how we navigate life and the external circumstances that are thrown our way.

It's neat how when we're navigating the inner work and embodying it, we start to see parallels with life that represent and show us what we're working through internally.

I also share a recent story where I changed my normal "reactive" mode to a "respond" situation.

This is possible through nervous system support and understanding our own reactivity and deciding we can change the narrative.
