74. How Cool Water and Canceling Plans Helped Me Navigate Exhaustion

Today's episode is a reflection after completing a string of shifts that left me feeling physically, emotionally and mentally depleted. We can't always fully avoid exhaustion but we can help mitigate the severity of it. I share some of the tools I used to help me get through the week and come out the other side with less impact than in previous years.
