95. Reflections on the Last Seven Months

94. February Intuitive Message

Today's episode is our February Intuitive Message.
The first words that came to me when I settled in and quieted my mind were "focused attention."
I share my winter journey and what I've been up to as an example and invite you to make time to quiet your mind and perhaps create your own winter to-do list and focus your attention on some things that matter to you this month.
Things that allow the journey of completion to feel fun and nourishing and that give you a feeling of fulfillment when you finish it.
