83. Grounded Class

This episode is a replay from the October class inside of the Living on Lemonade Facebook community.
October's topic was grounding and as it turns out, we went deeper than anticipated.
I shared some passages and information from a book I have called The Earth Prescription by Laura Koniver, MD so if you enjoy the slice of her writing and information, I encourage you to check out her book.
Beyond some of the science of grounding and earthing, I shared my own embodied experience with grounding, both with practices and embodied wisdom that I have come to understand over the last few months of deep introspection.
